In order to increase our competitive power in the international market, we have been continuously assimilating senior managers, scientific elites, and graduates in resent years. Nowadays, we have 6 MBA, 12 senior engineers, 20 engineers, and about 40% employees are graduates. Our chief engineer Mr. Bai Yinghui is a famous expert in China who enjoys special State Department allowance, and has a large number of national technical monopolies.

We established offices or engineer offices in developed countries, such as America, Germany and Japan, so as to acquire the most advanced technology and carry out mutually parallel design with domestic forces via the internet. We will build an office in Hong Kong, which is famous for its highly-developed trade and the lowest transaction cost. This would help achieve globalization and keep the quality and price of crucial units and components in line with that of international ones.
